Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be requested for eligible items before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed by the carrier and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under the return and refund guidelines listed above.

Eligible for Cancellation:
– Children’s books (including signed copies)
– Plushies
– Defective merchandise
– Damaged art prints prior to shipment
– Small handmade items that have not yet entered production

Not Eligible for Cancellation:
– Large custom art murals
– One-of-one original paintings
– Specialty handmade items already in production
– Any order that has already been shipped or marked as fulfilled

To request a cancellation, customers must email hello@melissadivietri.com with their order number and reason for cancellation. Approved cancellations will be confirmed in writing. Processing may take 3–5 business days.

Blue Eye Queen Shop reviews each cancellation request individually and reserves the right to deny cancellations for custom, oversized, or already-processed items.
